Ngizi zimwe mu ndwara zikomeye zishobora kuvurwa no kurya ibitunguru.

Igitunguru ni kimwe mu bintu abantu benshi batazi akamaro kacyo n’ubwo bigoranye ko umuntu yateka umunsi kuwundi ntagishyire mubiryo.
Nyamara nubwo biri uko, igitunguru ni kimwe mubintu bike bishobora kuvura no guhangana n’indwara nyinshi mu mubiri. Irebere nawe:

1.Byifashishwa mu kuvura umuriro
