Iyo myunyungugu twavuga kalisiyumu, chlore, manyeziyumu, azote, fosifore, potasiyumu, sodiyumu na zinc.

Harimo kandi citric acid, fructose (ubwoko bw’isukari), na lactic acid.

Naho vitamini zibonekamo ni vitamini C na B12. Ubwinshi bwazo buterwa n’imyaka y’umugabo, ibiro bye, n’imibereho ye ni ukuvuga ibyo arya, anywa, na siporo akora.
