1.Gukoresha ibirinda gusaza n’ibisohora uburozi mu mubiri

Vitamin E igabanya ibyago byo kwibasirwa n’indwara z’umutima, ikongerera umubiri ubudahangarwa kimwe na vitamin C na beta carotene.
