Tangira usomane n’umukunzi wawe niba ushaka kubona izi nyungu

Abahanga mu mibanire y’abantu bahamya ko gusomana ari ikimenyetso cy’urukundo no kugaragarizanya ibyiyumvo by’abakundana.Tugiye kureba impamvu zigaragaza ibyiza byo gusomana.

Dore impamvu z’ingenzi zituma gusomana ari byiza ku bucuti(relationship) bwanyu:

Bigabanya guhangayika(anxiety).

Gusoma umukunzi wawe bishobora kuba ingirakamaro mu gutuma wumva utuje; wumva udahangayitse kuko bigabanya urugero rwa cortisol (hormone de stress) mu bwonko bwawe.

Bituma wumva wishimye.

Gusomana bituma ubwonko bwawe butanga imisemburo myinshi ikurura ibinezeza by’ubwonko bwawe. Iyi misemburo ni oxytocine, dopamine, na serotonine. Iyi misemburo ntabwo ituma wumva unezerewe gusa ahubwo inatuma uhora utekereza uwo ukunda kandi ukarushaho kumwiyumvamo.

Bigabanya umuvuduko w’amaraso.

Iyo usomanye byongera umuvuduko wo gutera k’umutima wawe, bityo ukagura imiyoboro y’amaraso, ndetse bikagabanya cyane umuvuduko w’amaraso.

Byongera kandi imbaraga z’umubiri wawe.

Hari ubwoko burenga 700 bwa bagiteri imbere mu munwa wawe! Kandi iyo uhana amacandwe n’undi muntu, uzanira umubiri wawe bagiteri nshya zifitanye isano itaziguye no kugira ubuzima bwiza.

Gusomana bishobora gufasha kugabanya ububabare.

Nk’uko twabigarutseho haruguru, gusomana byagura imiyoboro y’amaraso kandi iyo imiyoboro y’amaraso yagutse hamwe no kwiyongera kw’amaraso bifasha kugabanya uburibwe, byongeye kandi, byongera imbaraga mu misemburo yo “kwiyumva neza” (feel-good hormonies) bityo bikaba bishobora rwose koroshya ububabare.

Bitinza ibimenyetso byo gusaza.

Kubera ko gusomana byongera amaraso mu maso, bitera umusaruro wa kolagen; poroteyine nziza cyane ku ruhu rwawe. Gusomana ushishikaye(passionate kissing) bituma mu maso hawe hadakanyarara bityo ugakomeza kugaragaza itoto mu maso.

Bikomeza imitsi yo mu maso.

Wari uzi ko buri gihe iyo usomye umukunzi wawe ukoresha imitsi igera kuri 30? Ibi ni ingenzi cyane kuko iyo ukoresheje imitsi 30 kugira ngo usome, bituma ijwi ryiyungurura kandi imitsi yo mu maso igakomera. Gusomana rero mu by’ukuri ni nko kujya muri siporo – mu maso hawe!

Bishimangira umubano wanyu.

Gusomana byimbitse, byuje urukundo birekura imisemburo ya oxytocine – izwi kandi nka hormone y’urukundo – nk’uko ubushakashatsi bwabigaragaje, bifasha mu kwizerana hagati y’abakundana.
