Burya Shikareti ni ingirakamaro mu buzima bwa muntu ariyo mpamvu buri wese aba agomba kuyihekenya.

Akamaro ko guhekenya shikarete ku buzima:

1.Zifasha kurinda aside nyinshi mu gifu

Ku bantu bakunda kugira ikibazo cy’aside nyinshi mu gifu n’ikirungurira, guhekenya shikarete ni umuti mwiza wo kubirwanya.

Uko uhekenya, niko byongera ikorwa ry’amacandwe; agafasha nayo kugabanya aside ku buryo bwihuse, kuko ubwayo ni base (alkaline agent).

Niba ukunda kugira ikibazo cyo kugaruka kw’aside, ushobora guhekenya shikarete nyuma yo kurya. Bikaba byiza uriye izitarimo isukari kandi zitabonekamo mint.

2.Zigabanya stress

Ubutaha niwumva uri kunuka mu kanwa, uzahekenye shikarete; izigizwe na mint cyangwa cinnamon nizo zizagufasha cyane.

4.Zifasha kugabanya ibiro

Ushobora kuba utangaye, wibaza ukuntu shikarete zafasha gutakaza ibiro.

Uko bigenda, ni uko iyo uri guhekenya shikarete bishobora kugabanya kugira inzara, bigatuma urya bike. Bifasha kandi kutumva ushaka cyane ibiryo birimo isukari, ibi byo kurya biza ku mwanya wa mbere mu byongera ibiro.
