Fibre ni nziza cyane ku mara kuko irinda impatwe .Ifasha kandi mu kubungabunga ubuzima bw’igifu no kongera amara

Karoti ikungahaye kuri soluble na insoluble fibres .Izi fibre zifata umwanya muremure mu gufasha igogora.Bizagufasha kutagubwa nabi umaze gufata amafunguro.

3.Igabanya umuvuduko w’amaraso

Karoti irimo calicium ifasha kugabanya impagarara mu mitsi yamaraso kandi ikanongera umuvuduko w’amaraso mu mubiri.

4.Ni nziza ku ruhu rwacu

Karoti irimo vitamin nka beta karotene ,lutein na lycopene .Ibi bifasha guteza imbere uruhu rwiza.

5.Ifasha amaso

Karoti irimo vitamin A ifasha cyane amaso kandi ishobora kurinda indwara zamaso.Ikungahaye kandi kuri lutein na lycopene bifasha mukubona neza.
