1. Guhorana umunaniro ukabije

7. Imihindagurikire mu kunyara

Kubera ko impyiko ziba zidakora neza, habaho impinduka mu kunyara hahandi ushobora gushaka kunyara cyane, cyangwa se nijoro ndetse ugasanga n’inkari zahinduye ibara.

8. Kugira umwuka mubi

Kubera ko imyanda iba yabaye myinshi mu mubiri, utangira kumva umwuka udahumura neza.

9. Gutakaza ibiro ndetse no kubura appétit (ubushake bwo kurya)

10. Kubyimba amaguru, ibirenge ndetse n’ibiganza

Gusa ibi bimenyetso byakwereka ko impyiko zawe zidakora neza, hari n’izindi ndwara zabitera
