Ubwonko bw’umuntu ni igice cy’ingenzi mu mubiri w’umuntu,ubwonko bukora akazi gakomeye ko kugenzura ndetse no gutanga ubutumwa ku bintu byose bikorerwa mu mubiri ndetse ubwonko ni ububiko bw’ibintu byinshi.Ni byiza kububungabunga kugira ngo budahungabana.

Ese wari uzi ko hari ibyo dukora mu buzima bwa buri munsi kandi bikaba byangiza ubwonko bwacu ?

Muri iyi nkuru tugiye kurebera hamwe ibintu 7 byangiza ubwonko:

1.Kudakora imyitozo ngoramubiri :

Gukora imyitozo ngororamubiri bituma ubwonko buruhuka ndetse bikanasukura umubiri muri rusange,ugasanga umuntu abaho adakora sport,ibi ni bibi,jya ugerageza byibuze ukore sport nka gatatu mu cyumweru bizagufasha kubungabunga ubwonko bwawe.

2.Kudasinzira bihagije :

Ni kenshi abantu batarama bakajya kuryama amasaha akuze,iyo udasinziriye neza,ubwonko ntabwo buruhuka,bityo ukaba uri kubwangiza,ejo ugatangira ngo stress yakwishe kandi ari wowe wabyiteye.Jya uryama byibura amasaha hagati 8 na 9 mu ijoro bizafasha ubwonko bwawe gukora neza.

3.Kudafata amafunguro ya mugitondo (Breakfast):

Iyo umuntu aryamye nijoro,umubiri urara ukoresha imbaraga,mu gitondo rero umubiri uba ukeneye ko uwuha imbaraga ufata ibyo kurya bya mugitondo.Iyo utabifashe ugira imbaraga nkeya bikangiza ubwonko bwawe kuko bukenera ingufu.Ni byiza rero gufata amafunguro ya mu gitondo.

4.Kunywa inzoga,itabi ndetse n’ibiyobyabwenge :

Inzoga ni kimwe mu binyobwa binywebwa cyane,nyamara iyo uyimenyereje buri munsi ni bibi kuko Alukolo iba mu nzoga yangiza ubwonko ndetse igahindura n’imitekerereze ya muntu.Ibi rero ni nako bigenda ku itabi ndetse n’ibiyobyawenge,ibi byose si byiza ku bwonko.

5.Gukoresha isukari nyinshi :

Kurya cyangwa kunywa ibinyamasukari byinshi kandi buri munsi si byiza na gato kuko isukari nyinshi ibuza kwinjira kw’izindi ntungamubiri mu mubiri,ibi rero bituma ubwonko butabona ibibutunga,ugasanga butangiye gukora nabi.Gerageza ugabanye isukari yinkira mu mubiri wawe.

6.Gukoresha ubwonko cyane igihe urwaye :

Hari igihe ubona umuntu arwaye indwara runaka ariko ugasanga arahatiriza gukoresha ubwonko cyane,burya uba unaniza ubwonko kandi si byiza.Niba urwaye,wihatiriza ukoresha ubwonko,jya ugerageza kuruhuka.

7.Kwipfuka umutwe igihe uryamye :

Umubiri ukenera kwinjiza umwuka mwiza nijoro iyo umuntu aryamye,iyo rero uryamye ukipfuka umutwe wa mwuka mwiza wa Oxygen ntubona uko winjira,iyo bigenze gutyo rero umubiri urananirwa ndetse ukaba uri kwangiza ubwonko bwawe.Ni byiza rero kudapfuka umutwe nijoro uryamye.
