Kunuka mu kanwa biterwa n’impamvu nyinshi zinyuranye, harimo kutoza amenyo neza, uburwayi bwo mu kanwa bunyuranye, kunywa itabi, ifuke y’inzoga, imiti imwe n’imwe n’izindi mpamvu zinyuranye. Hari n’ibyo urya bituma mu kanwa hagira impumuro yihariye nka tungurusumu.

1.Amazi

2.Shikareti

Utuntu twose ufata dutuma mu kanwa hahora amacandwe, tuzwiho kugabanya impumuro mbi.
