Ifunguro ufata mu gitondo ukibyuka niryo funguro ry’ibanze kandi rifite akamaro cyane ku munsi.

  Ni iki ngomba kurya nk’ifunguro rya mu gitondo?

Bitewe n’imico itandukanye ahantu hatandukanye, ibyo urya nabyo biratandukana. Gusa ibyo warya ntibigomba kuburamo:

1. Ibyongerera imbaraga umubiri: aha twavuga ibinyampeke (nk’umuceri, cg utundi tubuto duto nka soya, corn flakes,.. ), imbuto ndetse n’imboga
2. Intungamubiri: aha harimo amagi, amafi, inyama, ndetse n’ibishyimbo
3. Icyo kunywa: bishobora kuba icyayi, amata, jus cg igikoma. Gusa mu gihe nta kazi gasaba ingufu uri bukore, si byiza kunywa amata mu gitondo.
